At Artcaffé, we take customer feedback very seriously and look into each issue raised with seriousness to ensure that we continuously offer the best experience to our guests. As a responsible business, we strictly operate within Kenya’s alcohol laws, which do not permit the sale of alcoholic beverages for off-premise consumption from restaurants unless they are specifically licensed for takeaway alcohol. Our restaurant licences only allow us to serve and consume alcoholic drinks on the premises, which means we’re unable to offer Sangria as a takeaway option.
