The service this evening at Artcaffé on Dennis Prott Rd. on 12th December 2025 was appalling.

There should be take away for the sangria’s

Taking long to serve. Otherwise, good service.

Food was not good

The waitress who served me was just there. There’s a guy called Hamisi who was friendly though and inquired if I was having a good time, he is kind with good customer service.

I felt cheated i paid for kids meal when today was supposed to be free

Upper toilets not working, WiFi not working. Very costly, misleading info saying 4 pastries at 890 yet when you ask for the waiters to bring 4 cakes on that offer they tell you it's only for Croissants. Isn't a cake part of pastry?

The service was not as fast as I expected as it wasn’t busy

No serviettes were provided as well. Had to request after the dawa was served.

The coffee (from my coffee and pastry order) came first instead of both of them being served together...

You charge syrup and the waiter doesn't communicate the same...it was just included in the bill without prior notice
